Rachel and I had great fun delivering our talk to students at the Careers Expo held recently at Sacred Heart College. As a company that employs a large number of young people who generally don't have any work experience, we believe it is very important to get out and talk to students who will soon finish college or high school about the benefits of paid traineeships and apprenticeships. I was also invited to participate on the mock interview panel where year 10 students (who had been tasked with applying for one of 5 different jobs) presented application letter, resume and documentation demostrating their preparation for the interview.
