About the apprenticeship and trainee programs

Australian Apprenticeships run for three to four years. Most of that time is spent in a workplace with several weeks each year of structured training that gives you a qualification that’s recognised everywhere in Australia.

Traineeships run from one to two years. They are designed to maximise flexibility for you with a combination of workplace and structured learning. Business trainees are hired by any enterprise in any industry that has an office – imagine the flexibility and opportunities available!

You’ll always have an apprenticeship/traineeship even if you need to change businesses.
