  1. What was holding your business back?

    We needed to hire some new staff members, but it was difficult to source new staff with experience and passion and an awareness of what is required to work in this industry.

  2. How did Work & Training help you reach your vision?

    Work & Training were able to provide students to us for work placements and subsequent employment, followed by a traineeship. The training is delivered on-the-job by industry-compliant and experienced trainers, who provide valued support to the trainees. These students were well-suited to our business and were keen to work in the industry.

  3. What was the outcome?

    Our partnership with Work & Training has been successful and we are most interested in continuing it as it has a positive outcome for all parties. Residents are now able to get more one-on-one attention from the staff and this helps us achieve all important quality of care levels that motivate us to be in this industry.
