    Richardson’s Harley Davidson (RHD) realised the importance of staff training and development, but they were unable to give their employees time off to attend offsite training due to a heavy workload.

  2. How did W&T help reach their vision?

    RHD came to us for a customised forklift training solution that wouldn’t disrupt their workload. We gave them the option of training and assessing employees at their workplace over a number of weeks to minimise the impact of them being away from their work stations, which worked well for everyone involved.

  3. What was the outcome?

    The company didn’t lose out on any business during the training period, and the staff are now better equipped to perform their daily tasks.
