Duration
This qualification is delivered over 24 month’s full-time employment – unless competency is demonstrated prior to the nominal completion date. Part-time arrangements are available to align with participants’ hours of employment per week. RPL is offered to all participants. If RPL is applicable, the duration will vary per individual.

Target Group
Individuals in different industry sectors with possible job titles of Manager, Department Manager, Regional Manager etc. Tasks performed require the application of a broad range of competencies in a varied work context, using extensive discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They will provide technical support and advice to a team.

Pathways
Completion of this qualification can lead to further studies in Advanced Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Business Admin and possible University studies.
