Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) - SITHFAB009A - Statewide

All people employed in the service of alcohol are required to undertake this course to maintain employment. This program provides more than just compliance with the law. Outcomes from this program equip participants to understand their responsibilities in the service of alcohol. Service of alcohol is a serious business demanding diligence and observation skills

This qualification is delivered over a five hour period, including written assessment.
