Minimum Worry
We take care of recruitment, advertising, screening, aptitude testing and shortlisting, providing you with the best candidates who match the position description and organisational requirements.
We undertake all employer responsibilities and administration such as training agreements, wages, superannuation, workers’ compensation, public holidays and sick and annual leave.
Each apprentice or trainee is provided with a full Occupational Health & Safety induction upon commencement and this is revisited regularly throughout the training agreement.

Minimum Hassle
We co-ordinate on- and off-the-job training and manage issues as they arise. You are protected from an industry downturn as you can cancel the apprenticeship or traineeship hire contract if required (some conditions apply).
We carry out regular visits to ensure apprentices and trainees are meeting their agreed obligations, giving you input into their ongoing training and employment, without the organisational burden.

Maximum Convenience
We employ a “user pays system” – we don’t charge you when apprentice or trainees are taking leave. On commencement we provide you with the appropriate hourly charge out rate and you are only charged when the apprentice or trainee actually works.
