Employing a quality apprentice or trainee in partnership with us is one of the easiest ways to grow your business, and it can be done with minimal cost if you are eligible for government funding.

You can be sure of high-caliber applicants that are shortlisted for your needs through our stringent recruitment process. Our experienced consultants visit new apprentices three times in the probation period and periodically over the course of the apprenticeship. These visits are a useful tool to address any issues apprentices have, whether they are personal or work-related.
Induction and support
Our transparent induction process outlines all policy details ensuring an easy transition into the workforce, and all new apprentices undertake training in our Occupational Health & Safety program. During the term of the apprenticeship we also monitor training progress, work performance and work ethic, and we mentor them to support their personal and professional development. We also provide all appropriate protective equipment and cover the costs of all necessary training.
Full potential
Many Work & Training apprentices and trainees progress to Certificate IV after their successful completion of a trade or business qualification and together with you we can help them reach their full potential and maximise the benefits to your business.
