As a Training and Assessment Consultant, the highlights of my career have been imparting my knowledge and skills to a wide range of participants requiring Forklift and Chainsaw accreditation within a variety of industries. Some of the most challenging but rewarding experiences have been to train and accredit participants from non-Australian backgrounds, which requires taking the participants from a foundation of little to no knowledge to being fully accredited and having the skills required to gain meaningful employment.
