As an Apprentice and Traineeship Consultant I am on the lookout for candidates with good communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative, organisational, self-management and technology skills and an overall a sense to learn through the traineeship system. I enjoy assisting trainees progress through to acquiring their nationally recognised qualifications and then hearing their wonderful stories about how their chosen career pathways are working out and seeing business leaders of our community who started their careers as trainees with us!
